Zoup! has announced that it will open at the Plymouth Meeting Mall on April 1st. If you aren’t familiar, Zoup offers 12 daily varieties of soup, including “soups that are low-fat, vegetarian, dairy-free, spicy and made with gluten-free ingredients – each served with a hunk of freshly baked bread.” The soups rotate daily, so the menu is always changing. Also on the menu are salads and sandwiches. The restaurant is located on the outside of the mall near the California Pizza Kitchen.

If you can’t wait until April 1st, Zoup! is having a special pre-opening day fundraiser for the Colonial School District Education Foundation on March 30th from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. During the event you can get a bowl of soup, bread and fountain drink for $5.00 and 100% goes to the foundation.
