Yoga Home is launching a series focused on runners. The first class of the series is on September 20th at 1:00 p.m. Part one of this series targets the areas of the body (hips, hamstrings, and glutes) that are the most overused and prone to injuries with a well rounded practice to develop greater flexibility, strength. When strong and flexible these areas of the body offer speed and power, when off balanced or injured the can derail training. Learn the fundamentals of yoga for running and how to incorporate them into your training.
