Today Governor Tom Wolf announced during a press conference that the number of positive cases of Coronavirus in Pennsylvania has stabilized and due to the measures taken to mitigate the spread hospitals have not been overwhelmed.
Wolf then outlined three “small” steps he was taking in regard to businesses. The first was to allow curbside service at some Fine Wine & Good Spirits stores. The second was to allow auto sales take place online. The third was to allow limited construction statewide with strict social distancing guidelines as of May 8th.
He then mentioned that the statewide stay-at-home-order was in place through May 8th. He went on to say that the reopening of the state would take place on a region-by-region and industry-by-industry basis based on the data.
