Grilled semi boneless quail served over arugula with grilled pineapple, purple onion, grape tomatoes, tossed in red wine vinaigrette

Pasta Course

Venison Bolognese
Ground venison sautéed with wild mushrooms in a classic blush sauce, tossed with rigatoni and topped with shaved reggianato cheese

Duck sausage, shrimp, scallops and pheasant slow simmered with brown rice
