Sal Paone Builder, which has developed Cold Point Village and Cold Point Manor at the intersection of Butler Pike and Flourtown/Plymouth Roads, has another development in the works just down a little further down Butler Pike (5130 and 5136) from Conshohocken. This project, Whitemarsh Station, will be approximately 23 homes that will range from 2,200 to 2,800 square feet. There will be a traditional floor plan, along with a first floor master bedroom plan. The pricing has not yet been determined.
Paone needed to get the property rezoned for this type of development. That was achieved, but there is still a land development process to go through. They hope to start construction in 2015.
