What looks to be a tornado captured on video in Conshohocken area

Josh Thornbrough PhD (@DrThornbrough) tweeted today (July 16) at 10:22 a.m. a video of what looks to be a tornado. In the comments, he states that he is filming from Plymouth Meeting towards the direction of Conshohocken. The area was under a tornado warning through 10:30 a.m.

Update – Thornbrough confirmed to MoreThanTheCurve.com that he was standing outside of REI at the Plymouth Square Shopping Center.
