Montgomery County and PennDOT have scheduled a virtual public meeting for July 12th in regards to the West Valley Green Road Bridge over Wissahickon Creek project. The bridge, which has been impacted by a series of closures over the past decade, is scheduled to be replaced in 2024. The bridge is currently open with a weight restriction.
The purpose of the public meeting will be to obtain public input and fulfill requirements of the National Environmental Policy Act. The project design team for the project will participate in the meeting and discuss the preliminary design alternatives.
