Sales for townhomes at Parkview on West 7th started just before the New Year.  We ran into the sales manager, Lauren Sisson, last week and she said that 10 homes have already been sold. The developer also has a new rendering (pictured above) that shows an overview of the property.

The homes start in the $390’s and include three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a finished basement, a one car garage, hardwood flooring on first floor, granite counter tops in the kitchen and all baths, stainless steel appliances and more. There is one home still available at the pre-construction price.
