We are excited to bring classical pilates to TRU! We are all about smart movement, so adding a classical mat Pilates class seemed like the perfect fit. Join Gali to stabilize and strengthen your core! You’ll get stronger, more sculpted muscles and gain flexibility, an amazing compliment to barre. You will develop better posture and a better sense of well-being too. Gali has been teaching for 7 years and has her certification through PowerPilates.
Kid Conditioning for Ages 8-13 | Sundays at 3:00 p.m. | Register
Set your child up for success this fall and winter! Develop balance, coordination, flexibility, strength, and stamina while having FUN! This series will help your child increase lean muscle and decrease injuries during this 45 min class set to fun upbeat music! Begin the love of physical activity NOW! Six weeks for $85.00.
Basic TRUBARRE Class for Those 50 and Older or New to Barre | Thursdays at 2 p.m. | Register
Our basic TRUBARRE class for people aged 50 years or older, or for those who are new to barre and want to “test” drive it first, OR those looking for a slower paced option (which is not always a bad thing!) Develop lean muscle, increase bone density and core strength, flexibility, balance and coordination!
