Dinner on a Budget
“Spend tax day rolling in green, we’ll be featuring budget friendly recipes using basil. This class will feature a strawberry basil flat bread pizza, Pesto and more.”
“Ever wonder about all those different terms on a sushi menu… Nigiri, Maki, Chirashi, Sashimi? Chef Brandon will be covering the basics of sushi. Learn how to make sushi rice, roll sushi and more.”
Get to Know Your Goat
“Learn to make fresh chevre, then use the cheese to make a goat cheese and roasted tomato tossed pasta entrée and followed by a goat cheese dessert.”
