Kim Strengari and Marianne Gere (owners of Stella Blu, Southern Cross and Gypsy Saloon) are, once again, helping to raise funds for Justice Rescue thanks to Negroni Week, which kicked off today and runs until June 12th
Negroni Week, which will include over 6,000 participating bars, restaurants and retailers nationwide, raises money for designated charities and Strengari and Gere have selected Justice Rescue as their charity of choice.
Specifically, for every Negroni purchased at any of the three restaurants $1.00 will be donated to Justice Rescue. Additionally, $10,000 will be given to the bar that raises the most money to donate to the charity. Justice Rescue is a PA-based non-profit dedicated to rescuing animals from abuse and neglect.
The specialty drinks that will be offered include:
Gypsy Saloon
Grapefruit Negroni
Cinzano 1757, SKYY Grapefruit, Campari
Southern Cross Kitchen
Barrel Aged Negroni
Cinzano 1757, SKYY Grapefruit, Campari, topped with Prosecco
