Red wine braised, grass-fed, boneless short ribs stewed with potatoes, carrots, and pearled onions Served with a Green Salad, and Vanilla Cake with Passionfruit
Wednesday | Trout Almondine for 2 | $40
Pan-seared trout with almonds, lemon, parsley, and butter. Served with Beet Salad with Goat Cheese and Devil’s Food Cake
Thursday | Duck Cassoulet for 2 | $40
Stony Hill Farm Duck Cassoulet with White Bean, Sausage, Pork, Tomato, Thyme, and Garlic with bread crumb topping. Served with Balthazar Baguette and Daffodil Cake
