Things to Know if Attending the Conshohocken Beer Festival

Attending or interested in the Conshohocken Beer Festival on Saturday and have some questions? Below is everything you need to know.

Are tickets still available?

Yes, but that could always change, so don’t wait. Buy here!

You can also buy them on Friday from 7:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at The Great American Pub and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 a.m. at Southern Cross Kitchen. All are based on availability.

Are tickets available at the door?


How does the festival work?

Attendees, who didn’t buy a designated driver ticket, are provided a cup. With this cup you can sample a variety of beers. The cup is seven ounces and each sample is approximately two ounces.

Rain or shine?



There are two locations to enter the event. The main gate is at East 11th and Harry Street. The back entrance is along Hallowell Street between East 11th and 12th Avenues.

Is only beer available?

There are a few cideries and a meadery. Non-alcoholic drinks are available for sale at the food vendors and free water is available at the Saint Mark’s and Weis Markets tents.

Dogs, other animals and kids

Dogs and other animals are not allowed (unless a service animal). No kids.

I don’t drink beer, can I bring my own wine?

Absolutely not.

What should I wear?

It looks like it will be in the 50’s. There is currently about a 30% chance of rain in the morning. The field will likely be wet. Dress appropriately.


There will be 38 porta-potties outside the back gate (the Hallowell side of the field). All of these are unisex.

There are a limited number of bathrooms within the building at the front gate (East 11th and Harry). Three of these will be dedicated for women. One for men.

There are two porta-potties at the main entrance for volunteers and the sponsors. Please do not try to use these.

There will be accessible bathrooms at the front and back gate.


There will be a designated smoking area. Please dispose of your butts in the container.


Use “East 11th Avenue at Harry Street” in Conshohocken.

Can I leave and come back?

There is no re-entry once you leave.


Shuttles will be making a loop between the venue, Spring Mill Train Station, Conshohocken Train Station and East 1st Avenue.

After the event, they will make this loop again.

If you need to leave early, go to the main gate and they can have a bus take you to one of those spots.

There are free public parking lots near all these points.

Parking at venue

There really isn’t any. Walk or take the shuttle.

If you do drive, please respect the neighborhood.

What will there be to eat?

The Pizza Wagon, Southern Cross Kitchen, Trattoria Totaro, Essex Seafood, The Pierogi Kitchen, The Jerky Hut, The Dapper Doughnut, Hungover Pretzel Company, The Big Ben Baked Potato Company and PhilaDILLphia will all be offering food.

Free water will be available at the Weis Market and Saint Mark’s Lutheran Church tents.

Is there an ATM on-site/Do the vendors take cards?

There is not an ATM on-site. Most vendors will take cards, but its wise to bring cash.

What If I have a medical issue?

There is an EMT/ambulance on-site.


Official Conshohocken Beer Festival t-shirts, plus Conshy Ballet and It’s Always Sunny in Conshohocken t-shirts, will be available for sale at the tent.

Conshy Cards will also be available.

Can a brewery run out of beer?

Yes, it is possible. Sometimes a beer is really popular. There are over 50 beer stations. The idea is too move around and try a variety. If one runs out, there are a lot more to try. The festival has never run out of beer overall.
