The StoneRose, which normally uses as many local ingredients as possible, is celebrating the upcoming harvest with a special menu that is 100% local.
Alongside their traditional menu, the special locally sourced menu will feature dishes such as:
- Salads such as a Candied Beet & Tomato & Siracha Caprese
- A Filet Carpaccio appetizer
- Entrees with a local pork chop and a almond crusted Pennsylvania trout
Any one of these dishes can be paired with a Rose, Petite Vernot/Merlot blend, or Chardonnay from Karamoor Estate Vineyard in Fort Washington. On tap will be drafts from local breweries such as Victory, Troegs, Riverhorse, Dock Street, Slyfox and Dogfish Head.
