The Conshohocken Zoning Hearing Board will continue Zoning Hearing PZ-2014-13 for 101 East 7th Avenue, Conshohocken, PA 19428 on Wedesday, August 20, 2014 at 7:00p.m. at The Fellowship of Conshohocken, East 6th Avenue and Harry Street, Conshohocken, PA. At that time the board will continue to hear testimony and accept evidence on the Petition of Three Blind Pigs, LLC with regard to the expansion of the restaurant/bar use to the second floor of the building: the use of an existing non-conforming sign with A larger sign. The Petitioner also is requesting a special exception to use existing garage for outdoor dining service.
The property in question is owned by Edward and Elizabeth Cassidy, 101 East 7th Avenue, Conshohocken, PA 19428.Interested parties are encouraged to participate in the hearing.
