The Conshohocken Cafe, which opened in 2011, has been listed for sale on LoopNet.com. Please note that the cafe will continue to operate as normal through the sale.
Commercial real estate broker Gary DeMedio is the agent for the restaurant. He shared that the sale of the cafe includes all the furniture, fixtures and equipment. It is located within Conshohocken’s thriving business district and that lease is assignable at great terms for qualified buyers. The owner is willing to train staff and possible seller financing is available. The listing price is $170,000.
DeMedio added that there is also the opportunity to expand service to include dinner or switch the concept from a cafe to a BYOB.
Owner Michael Oraschewsky decided to sell the cafe due to the success of The Bacon Jams, a spreadable bacon product, he helped launch in 2013. For the past couple of years he extensively traveled to bacon events and food distribution shows.
Prior to being the Conshohocken Cafe, the space had long been a diner called Boccella’s.
