Teen Boot Camp at MIXX Fitness Starting on January 29th

MIXX Fitness is launching a boot camp built for teens. The camp starts on January 29th and runs through February 26th. It is held on Thursdays at 3:30 p.m.

During the boot camp participants will spin, sprint, and lift and benefits will include better endurance, toned muscles, stronger abs, and improved flexibility. The instructor will be Jennifer McCracken.
