Introducing Sweat Fitness Outdoor Group Fitness Week. The program offers eight classes from June 20th to 26th that will be hosted outside! The classes are FREE for members and non-members so make sure to bring your friends. All classes will meet at the club first then head outside so get there a little early. Tuesday the 21st in King of Prussia is Sports Conditioning at 6:00 p.m.
Meet at the club and then head outside for a combination of aerobic conditioning and strength training. This class is ideal for anyone looking to lose a few pounds, tone up, or increase their sports performance.
Thursday the 23rd in Conshohocken is Extreme at Valley Green at 6:00 p.m.
Meet at the club first but then head out to Valley Green park where you will go through a mixture of toning and cardio exercises that will get you ready for your next 5k or marathon in no time.
