A sushi restaurant named Sushi Lover in the initial construction phase at the Plymouth Meeting Mall. It will be located in the area between the carousel and the play area in the center of the mall (its not in a retail or food court space, but in the center area where kiosks usually are).

We looked online for more information and could not find any. There are numerous restaurants with the name Sushi Lover across the country. There is one in a mall in New Jersey, but we are not sure if the one in Plymouth Meeting is connected to that or not.
