The storm last night brought heavy rains which created flooding in front of the small retail strip on Colwell Lane in Conshohocken. The retail area is home to ARC Fitness Labs, Capp’s Deli, etc.

The owner of ARC Fitness Labs, David Missimer, shared with MoreThanTheCurve.com that his business only had minor water intrusion and he believed the same for the others. The photo above showing flooding was taken at 11:00 p.m. on June 26th.

Missimer also shared that a crew from Conshohocken’s Public Works Department arrived on-site early this morning and cleaned up the resulting debris, etc. in under an hour.
