The storm earlier today made a mess of things generally, but the blocks around SORA West got the worst of it. The heavy winds blew things off the under-construction building. They floated around, so it looked to be mostly cardboard. Watch videos below.

UPDATE – It was a roofing material and at least one partial pallet fell. The flashes of light were items hitting power lines.
