While everyone is eagerly anticipating the annual Saint Patrick’s Day Parade on Saturday, March 14th at 2:00 pm., Mother Nature currently has other plans. According to Weather.com there is a 100% chance of rain on the 14th.
As you can see, Thursday and Friday look pretty good rain wise, so hopefully the rain gets pushed off until Sunday (sorry to the Philly parade), or arrives earlier.
Today we messaged with Ron Trask, who is head of the local AOH, the organization that organizes the parade. He shared that the parade’s organizing committee and Conshohocken officials will determine on Friday between noon and 3:00 p.m. whether the parade will be held as scheduled. If the parade is postponed, the rain date is Saturday, March 28th.
We will keep you posted.
