Conshohocken’s Borough Council is holding a special hearing on Wednesday, November 5th at 7:00 p.m. that will determine if The Lucky Dog, a restaurant and bar in Lafayette Hill, can move its liquor to Conshohocken. The Lucky Dog hopes to operate in Conshohocken in the former Spamps’ space on East 1st Avenue. The hearing will be held at Old Borough Hall at the corner of West 8th and Fayette Street.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Borough Council of Conshohocken, PA, will hold a hearing on Wednesday, November 5, 2014, at 7:00 pm at the Conshohocken Borough Hall, 720/730 Fayette Street, at its meeting to consider the application of IAT, LLC to permit an inter-municipal transfer of Pennsylvania Restaurant Liquor License #R-19099, from its present location at 417 Germantown Pike, Lafayette Hill, Whitemarsh Township, to 16 East 1st Avenue, Conshohocken. The applicant intends to renovate and operate a restaurant at the premises.
The public is invited to attend and present testimony at the hearing.
