Smokeout BBQ Feast at Southern Cross Kitchen this Weekend

Southern Cross Kitchen is cooking up one sizzling special this weekend as it unveils its “Southern Cross Smokeout BBQ Feast”. Kicking off Saturday, August 16th, this two-day smokehouse dinner will include a half rack of baby back ribs for $24, a full rack of baby back ribs for $34 and beef brisket for $24.00.

According to Southern Cross Kitchen, “Each selection will be slow smoked over hickory and brushed with Chef Liam’s secret BBQ sauce to create a mouth-watering, succulent selection.” The special also includes bakes beans, corn bread, and a selection of one side dish. Sides include: French fries, sweet potato fries, cole slaw, roasted Brussel sprouts, mac & cheese, cheddar grits, collard greens, and buttermilk mashed potatoes.
