Saxbys Coffee, which use to be based on East Elm Street in Conshohocken, has closed its stand at the Plymouth Meeting Mall. It also closed at the Exton Mall, which has since been replaced by a Coffee Beanery. No word yet on what will replace Saxbys Coffee in Plymouth Meeting.
