Residents Concerned About Phase 2 Construction at The Hill at Whitemarsh

On Tuesday, March 22nd at 7:00 p.m. Whitemarsh Township’s Planning Commission will consider an Amended Preliminary/Final Plan for
Phase II of The Hill at Whitemarsh. A group of residents, who can be found on Facebook at Whitemarsh Residents, are objecting to this plan, especially a proposed service road for the construction vehicles that would run behind their homes. Other concerns involve storm water management, the length of the construction, trees, etc.

Below is a social media post/video from the group of residents. The text that goes along with the video states:

The Hill At Whitemarsh why do you want to put a dangerous construction road along this fence where our kids play? You’ve asked for every waiver in the book and now you want to endanger our kids. Can’t you just use your own road to finish the rest of your bloated community (which stands half empty!)

Whitemarsh Township please do the right thing and say no to the Hill's plans to put a dangerous construction road right along side the fence where our kids play.

We plan to attend the meeting and will have a report after the meeting.
