PW Marching Colonials Win State Championship

This past Sunday the Plymouth Whitemarsh Marching Colonials won the PA State Championship in Millersville, PA. The band went undefeated this season and is made up of kids from Whitemarsh, Conshohocken and Plymouth.

In addition to the overall Championship, according to the Times Herald the band also won, “captain awards for High Auxiliary, High Music, High Visual and High Overall Effect”.

This is the second championship for the Marching Colonials. They also won the title in 1998.  Both titles were won under the direction of Tonia Kauffman. Below is video of the championship performance.
