Last month we reported on a proposal to build a townhome community on Cedar Grove Road in Whitemarsh. We can not report the developers will be going before Whitemarsh’s Planning Commission on October 28th for the following items as outlined on the agenda:
5. SUBDIVISION & LAND DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS
- SLD #06-04 ‘The Oaks at Lafayette Hill’ (Shacklett Property); Cedar Grove Road; Preliminary Plan for 163 Townhouse units
- SLD #06-04 ‘The Oaks at Lafayette Hill’ (Shacklett Property); Cedar Grove Road; Recommend Authorization for advertising Zoning Text Amendment to increase density from 3.2 to 3.3 dwelling units per acre for attached dwellings in LIM District
Under new business it also lists the following item:
- Sewage Facilities Planning Module Component 4A – The Oaks at Lafayette Hill (SLD #06-04)
The meeting will start at 7:00 p.m. and will be held at Whitemarsh’s township hall at 616 Germantown Pike in Lafayette Hill.
