The proposed Special Zoning District that will allow the hotel, larger office buildings, etc., at the corner of West Elm and Fayette Street will be back before Conshohocken’s Borough Council on Wednesday, November 2nd at 7:00 p.m. This will be the second hearing on the matter before Borough Council. During the first hearing, the developer, Keystone Property Group, was pressed on parking spaces for public use and for the use of the tenants of the buildings.
The meeting will be held at Borough Hall at West 4th and Fayette Street.
