What is billed as a corporate headquarters for a major company (rumored to be AmerisourceBergen) will be before Conshohocken’s Zoninhg Hearing Board on Tuesday, September 29th at 7:30 p.m. The hearing will be at Old Borough Hall at West 7th and Fayette Street. The developer, O’Neill Properties, is proposing the develop along the riverfront on the 200 block of Fayette Street (area marked in blue box in image).
Last year the project was approved, however, O’Neill came back to the Zoning Hearing Board this past July to request additional height and other relief to allow to allow for larger buildings. During the July meeting it was quite obvious the Zoning Hearing Board was not going to grant the relief and O’Neill asked to continue the meeting at a later date so it could come back with a plan that addresses the concerns.
