We do not have a lot of information on this yet, but there is proposal to build five townhomes at 252 Roberts Avenue in Conshohocken (Whitemarsh Township). This address is the former home of the Lincoln Fire Company. The fire company closed its doors in 2016.

According to Whitemarsh Township’s website, the company proposing the townhomes is Conshohocken Construction.
