O’Neill Properties is seeking zoning variances for a 420,000 square foot office building along the riverfront. It would be located in the 200 block of Washington Street between Millennium 2 & 2 and the river. This area of Conshohocken allows for office buildings. This property was previously proposed as a new headquarters for a corporation rumored to be AmerisourceBergen. AmerisourceBergen eventually opted to not move its headquarters, but did take space in one of the Millennium buildings.
