The Petitioner is appealing the determinations of the Zoning Officer with regard to compliance with Zoning Ordinance requsting (sic) interpretations and in the alternate requesting variances to the following sections of the Zoning Ordinance 27-1504 D 2 and 27-202 (open space);27-1505 (2) and (3) and 27-1511 6 C D and (2)setback requirements);27-15069-B (1)lanfdscaping)(sic); 27-1508(traffic impacts)27-1511.4(unit sizes):27-1511 8D and (parking).
The Petitioner proposes to construct a 615 unit multi-family dwelling which does not conform to the August 2013 amendments to the Conshohocken Zoning Ordinance with regard to the amount of open space located in Conshohocken; insufficient setback between buildings and internal drives, whick(sic) lack the features required in the setback; insufficient trees along the Cherry Street side of the project lack of traffic impact information; lack of information on unit sizes; larger surface parking areas than permitted in terms of number of spaces and length of surface area.

The Petitioner is requesting Conditional use under the terms of the Conshohocken Zoning Ordinance Sections 2-1705.5, 28-1608.2 referencing 27-1511.3.E. and 27-1509.1.
The Petioner(sic) proposes to conduct a multi-family residential building at the site.. Conditional use approval is being requested for construction in the floodway: to increase Floor Area Ratio to 2.5; and to increase the building bulk beyond 250 linal(sic) feet.
