NYE at The StoneRose

To ring in its 5th New Year’s Eve, The StoneRose is bringing out some of its all-star menu items from the past for a truly spectacular celebration. There will be a Prix Fixe Chef’s Tasting Menu for $50.00 per person (does not include alcohol). First Course (choose one)
Grilled octopus with lemon vinaigrette
Seasonal vegetable board
Pomegranate braised wild boar belly
Trio of pickled cucumbers
Yellowfin tuna salad, gem lettuce, miso vinegar, cucumber and blood orange
Oysters on the half shell with horseradish and preserved lemon

Second Course (choose one)
Partridge in a pear coulis with concord grape reduction
Kobe filet with collard greens, golden beet and sweet potato hash
Bison strip loin with red wine and shallot marmalade, kale and roasted parsnip
Striped bass with winter squash puree, champagne cream sauce and asparagus
Chicken confit with caramelized brussels sprouts and rosemary smashed potatoes

Third Course (choose one)
Gingerbread chipwich with coffee ice cream
Chocolate raisin walnut bread pudding with raspberries
Peppermint creme brulee
Quinoa pudding with blackberry gastrique
