The Spring Mill Cafe is celebrating New Year’s Eve with a four-course/five dish special menu for $75 per person. Outdoor seating is available from 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. For takeout, order by December 29th. Order online or call (610) 828-2550.
The menu offered for outdoor dining and takeout includes the following courses:
- Soup Parmentier
- Bibb lettuce salade
- Choice of rack of lamb (with mint pesto), filet mignon (with foie gras Bordelaise), or Verlasso salmon filet (with a Pernod citrus Beurre blanc). All served with roasted fingerling potatoes and Brussels sprouts, brown butter, and sage
- Choice of Daffodil cake, Montmorency, or opera cake
- Add individual servings of cheese tasting or pate tasting for $12.50 each
