This New Year’s Eve, Coyote Crossing is offering its regular menu and some of Chef specials created specially to celebrate the New Year. In addition to the Chef specials, Coyote will be celebrating with $23 buckets, which includes five beers and five tequila shots. Reservations are available by calling (610) 825-3000.

Jalapeno Shrimp Soup
Ostiones
Blue Point Oysters topped with sauteed spinach, chorizo and oxaca cheese. Broiled to perfection.
Tostada Stack
Fried Shrimp and Calamari resting between two corn tortillas topped with Pico de Gallo dressing.
Flat Bread
Grilled Chicken and refried beans on a grilled flat bread topped with tomatillo sauce and Chihuahua cheese.

Cochinita Pibil
Slow braised pork mixed with an Anote sauce wrapped in a banana leaf served with corn tortillas
Puntas al la Mexicana
Filet tips smoked in our fire wood grill mixed with serrano chili, tomatoes and onions.
Lobster Thermador
Whole lobster steamed stuffed with Shrimp and Lobster meat cooked in a Chipotle cheese sauce.
Seafood Enchiladas
Pasta Sheets stuffed with Shrimp, Scallops and spinach sauteed in a white wine and garlic sauce, mixed with ricotta cheese. Topped with our homemade smoked poblano sauce.
