Chef Paul DiBona has introduced a new Winter Menu at Pepperoncini, which includes four new small plates, three pasta dishes, two entrees and one new pizza. Hungry now? You can read all about the new menu items below:

-White Anchovy, sweet roasted peppers, capers, red onion, arugula and fresh lemon
Small Plates
-Stuffed Artichokes Calabrese, soppresata, fresh herbs, parmigiana, breadcrumbs, bed of garlic spinach
-Lasagna, three meats & three cheeses layered between homemade crepes, marinara and beschiamella
-Sheep’s Milk Ricotta, tomato maramalada, crostini & fresh basil
-Shrimp Spazio, wild mushrooms, sundried tomatoes, garlic brandy cream, puff pastry
Pasta
-Penne alla Contadino, braised pork, caciocavallo cheese
-Cavatelli with Crab Marinara, jumbo lump and claw meat, zesty tomato sauce
-Pappardelle Bolognese, three meat marinara
Entrees
-Braised Beef Cheeks, roasted garlic mashed potato
-Cherry Pepper Chicken, spicy cherry peppers, baby spinach, sharp provolone, white wine herb sauce

-Puttanesca, marinara, fresh mozzarella, olives, capers & imported white anchovies
