MIM-Hayden is seeking to construct a second office building and additional parking garage on its Five Tower Bridge property in West Conshohocken. The property falls within the O-1 Office District, so its an allowed use, however, Hayden is seeking five zoning variances:
The Five Tower Bridge property has a lot of open space on it. We are not sure where on the property the building and parking garage would be built. In the above photo, we shaded the open area in a light blue.
The zoning hearing will be held on Tuesday, November 1st at 7:00 p.m. at West Conshohocken’s Borough Hall.
