Pepperoncini introduced a few new menu items last night. Above is the Luca Brasi, a cheese less pie with Italian tuna, capers, sliced tomatoes, fresh herbs, balsamic reduction.
Fried Mozzarella “Monete” – “Coins” of breaded & fried fresh mozzarella with spicy marinara, pesto, balsamic reduction.
Crab Cakes – Spicy roasted tomato aioli, broccoli risotto.
Faccia Brutta Pizza – Roasted tomatoes, fresh mozzarella, spicy pancetta & soft cooked egg.
Parma Pomodoro – Fresh mozzarella with prosciutto di parma, roasted tomatoes & toasted pistachios.
Chicken Involtini – Stuffed chicken breast with goat cheese, roasted peppers, baby spinach, garlic pan sauce.
Crostini Scampi – Sautéed shrimp, tomato-butter sauce.
