This one of a kind high intensity interval training class will improve your speed, balance, strength and agility all in one hour. Class includes cardiovascular and strength intervals using treadmills, indoor cycling bikes, TRX, dumbbells and more. You will get a great workout and we can guarantee you will never be bored.
