Gypsy Saloon has introduced a new brunch menu, along with some new cocktails to go with it. The West Conshohocken restaurant offers brunch every Saturday and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. You can view the new brunch menu here.
Pictured at the top of the article are the huevos rancheros on left (fried corn tortilla, black beans, bacon-wrapped avocado, lettuce, pico de gallo, cheddar cheese, fried eggs, chipotle mayo, and sour cream) and on the right the smoked salmon omelette (spinach, tomatoes, cream cheese, capers).
The new brunch cocktail menu is in addition to its regular $4 brunch cocktails (champagne plus any mixer, vodka plus any mixer – mimosas, screwdrivers, bloody mary’s). Below is the cocktail menu:
