A beginners class will be starting at Prime Intensity Training (PIT) on Wednesday November 11th at 7:30 p.m. and held weekly on that day and time going forward. The class will be led by Amanda Shay.
This class will be a toned down version of the normal PIT class with less reps and time intervals. You do not have to be a beginner to participate, as the class is also an option for those seeking a lighter workout.
