While most of the past week has been about spotting golfers competing in the US Open, Fire Chief Stephen Phipps spotted a deer running along the river front on Saturday. Can’t be sure if this is the same deer that made a special appearance outside The StoneRose last week and jumped over a patron dining on the side walk, but we are going to assume it was!
