Multiple virtual golf businesses planned for Conshohocken and Plymouth Meeting

Fairways & Dreams Indoor Golf is set to open this month within the Plymouth Square Shopping Center in Conshohocken (Plymouth Township). The venue will have six TrackMan golf simulators and a BYOB bar/lounge. Memberships are being offered, but it will also be open to the public to book one of the simulators. Lessons are also available.

The Coliseum Sports Complex off Colwell Lane in Conshohocken has a golf simulator that can be booked by the hour and is available for events. It is in a private room and is BYOB. Lessons are also available.

While Fairways & Dreams is about to open and The Coliseum is open, there are two more similar businesses planned.

In downtown Conshohocken at the corner of West 2nd Avenue and Forrest Street, there is a plan to convert the former Forrest Auto Body Shop building into Golf Simulator Club, which would be membership-driven and have three simulators for up to six players at a time. This plan is currently seeking an off-street parking waiver, which is likely to appear on the April 20th agenda of Conshohocken’s Borough Council.

In Plymouth Meeting at 400 Davis Road (which is basically behind Target), there is a plan to open Longshots Sports & Social Club, which would focus on league play involving golf simulators, ping pong, cornhole, and more. There is also a plan to include a bar and offer food via food trucks and delivery into the building. The public would be welcome to play during non-league days/hours. This plan requires zoning relief and is not yet approved.
