CBRE has listed for sale O’Neill Properties’ Millennium I, II and III. The three properties are office buildings along Conshohocken’s riverfront. The listing website for the properties states:

What is interesting about the potential sale is that O’Neill Properties has received approval to build Millennium Iv in the grass/parking area between the other Millennium buildings and the river. As shown during the approval process, Millennium IV actually would connect to Millennium III.
