Colleen Wood Fitness is your go-to for personal training and small group outdoor classes. Colleen is a personal trainer with a specialty in prenatal and postpartum fitness. She has eight years of experience and emphasizes the importance of strength training for all ages and fitness levels. Colleen trains out of her PRX home gym in West Conshohocken.
One-on-one training sessions are held in her basement home gym with 30, 45, or 60-minute options. These personal training sessions are catered to your specific goals. Colleen offers flexible scheduling and uses a variety of equipment to meet your needs – barbell, dumbbells, kettlebells, bands, TRX, agility ladder, and more.
The small group classes are held outside (or in her garage based on weather) with a max of five people to promote social distancing. The small group sizes allow for personalized attention and the best use of equipment from her PRX home gym. All classes are 45 minutes with a focus on strength training.
Current small group sessions are Monday at 12pm, Tuesday at 7:15am and 8:15am, and Thursday at 7:15am, 8:15am and 5:30pm. There is space in all class times, and as sessions fill up more classes will be added.
All sessions take appropriate COVID safety precautions with sanitizing and maintaining social distancing.
