PECO is planning weekday lane restrictions on Route 23 (Front Street) from Monday, April 23rd at 9:00 a.m. through April 30th at 3:00 p.m. The restrictions will be between Balligomingo Road and Ford Street in West Conshohocken. PECO Is doing gas main work.
