If you have ever driven down Conshohocken Road during a heavy rainstorm you know that there is one spot under an overpass that collects a lot of water. It gets so bad that earlier this summer Plymouth Township installed railroad crossing type beams to lower if the water gets to bad. Check out the video below to see how submerged a mini van became:
