Sol Yoga Studio has a second Intro To Power Yoga for Beginners Class starting on Saturday, January 7th. The class will be held regularly on Saturdays going forward from that date at 9:00 a.m. Kristin will be leading the class.
There is also an intro class on Monday nights at 6:30 p.m. Both intro classes offer the opportunity to learn all the power yoga basics. Seasoned practitioners can benefit from the class as well as a way to tune up poses.
