Gypsy Blu in Ambler Names Clark Gilbert Chef

Chef Clark Gilbert, who was most recently chef at Isabella in Conshohocken, has been named the chef at Gypsy Blu in Ambler. Gypsy Blu, which hasn’t set its opening date yet, is the latest restaurant from Marianne Gere and Kim Strengari who own Gypsy Saloon and Stella Blu in West Conshohocken and Southern Cross Kitchen in Conshohocken.

Prior to joining Isabella, Gilbert was the owner/chef of Gemelli.
